About the event
Human & Organizational Performance (HOP) is a practical, systems-based approach to improving safety and operational reliability. We learned about HOP Fundamental in the first Workshop. In this workshop, participants will learn how to apply HOP principles to reduce SIF risk by identifying hidden system vulnerabilities, evaluating critical safeguards, and strengthening organizational learning from high-consequence events.
